Decided to buy these as, they come in complete set for wrists and knees.I have being using them since last one week daily in the gym and following are the things I noticed :1. First of these are very comfortable straps which haven't left any scratches or rashes after use.2. Wrist strap is amazing and certainly the best among all that I have used so far. They are sufficient long and lock up perfectly without over squeezing the wrist.3. There's a Loop provided on each pair, which add extra stability and ensure no slippage at all.4. They are flexible as well, so I use them for conventional weight exercises and importantly for pushups which forms key part of my daily workout.5. I am not a power lifter, but regularly lift upto 60 lbs bench press & 50lbs for overhead shoulder curls and rod, and these wraps provide perfect support.6. For the legs, its undoubtly very useful, as they stretch sufficiently.7. For squats and leg presses they work perfectly and due to their flexibility, there's no need to remove them for any separate exercise on leg day.8.
