He understands his core audience and gently addresses the limitations of beginning coders. Review: Great Intro to Android - This version of the book is almost the same as the latest version of the Android Studio and that makes it very easy to follow the instructions. There are a few places where the instructions are not clear but, on the whole the examples match what I see in the which is pretty good considering the size of the book, how long it takes to write something like this and how fast the development environments change.
