Save your money and buy a good quality fish oil or kirll oil if that's what you're after. This is a very pricey product for what it is. Rather low amounts of EPA and DHA, but what neither of the other reviewers mentioned was the UNBELIEVABLY bad smell and taste of these things. I keep my vitamins in a plastic tub. One week after taking the last one of these, that tub still stinks, and yes, the lid was on the omega rejuvenol pills. If you enjoy the smell of rotting fish then these pills are for you.
