I'm inclined to believe, as my personal email does get blocked in spam filters. They have apologised, and asked me for the link to the glass plate I purchased, so they can refund. They have also extended the warranty by two months.I have therefore up dated my review, they have responded, and done everything they can, and more to rectify.I beleive the supplier has, and does, act in good faith. I don't think the problems are any reflection on the suppliers intent.The printer is still printing well. It represents excellent value for money. Despite the difficulties, I would buy again, and have restored the review. All is good. All is forgiven. The previous comments are left as this gives a record of the ups and downs!Update: Have printed a few test runs, and printing itself seems ok.But am struggling to forgive the supplier now, having sent numerous emails over the last week, not hadany support. Did source a replacement print bed, wasnt' too expensive, but can't forget recieiving a bag of broken glass. Have down graded my review mostly on the basis of no support..Well,.... by price and spec, looks like a good buyTook a little bit of assembly, and at one point I did look at the instructions to be sure.The Glass plate (print bed) unfortunately was just a bag of shards. My first reaction wasprobably a bit over the top, so annoyed that I started the return process immediately.Calmed down, sourced a an appropriate piece of glass which arrived to day.was printing within half an hour of that. Test print still running.Not as intuitive to use as something like the ultimaker, but so far APPEARS similar quality.It's running now and I can hear a bit of backlash in the gears, but seems to be working.So all in all, LOOKs, SO FAR, to be a good buy.The noise from it suggests it will have a bit more wear going on inside it, and hence need more love and attention that more expensive ones, but hey-ho.... If anything horrific happens as I use it properly in the next few days, will upate.. othewise, assume no news is good news! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use for a novice, well featured and well constructed. So far, So good. *by S***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 May 2020* I have only had the printer for a few weeks, but so far I am pleasantly surprised and impressed.It should be noted that I am a complete novice at 3D printers and 3D printing.The included printed instructions are a little sparse but espite Bibo's excellent reputation for customer service, I have not required it.I would strongly recommend copying the contents of the supplied SD Card to a computer and watching the videos included on it. These videos progress quickly and have no narration but it is a simple matter to rewind (several times in my case!) to ensure that you understand what is required.The instructions for setting up the software are also easy enough to follow.It took me about 45 minutes to assemble the printer, install the software and print out a test print (the small cube). It worked first time with no issues at all.I have since used several different filaments of a couple varieties (PLA and TPU) and have had good results from both. It takes some trial and error but good results are achievable with relative ease.In my very limited experience, the more complicated and larger a model is, the more trial and error is required to get a good result.I have not used both extruders at once yet and will update the review when I do.Neither have I used the laser engraver yet. I did not purchase the printer for this feature but I'm sure I'll get around to using it eventually and will update this when I do.There are a number of spares included in the package (a heating element and temperature sensor) These were a welcome surprise although I really would have liked to see a spare nozzle as well, although they appear easily available.A glue stick is included to improve bed adhesion although sometimes excessive adhesion has been a minor issue.All in all, I am very pleased with this device. It has produced better than expected results with very little assembly or prior knowledge required. If you are a novice like myself and your budget extends to this device, I can thoroughly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars A good 3d printer base for tinkering / upgrading + awesome support. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 April 2020* I ordered the Bibo as an augment to my current printer (AnyCubix Max 4 Pro) to enable faster production of face guards + the laser and dual extruder appealed.After my first printer the Bibo felt like it needed a lot more construction HOWEVER, this was more fiddle time than build time.I do prefer enclosed units as they can reach higher temps more reliably on the whole and it also usually means less construction. The build is sturdy and I find the industrial / workshop design appealing. It doesn't look out of place on the dining room table ;-).As mentioned construction is fiddly - such as the screws for the extruder heads being out of sight and underneath the head (a lot of feeling about).I'm not a fan of using a glue stick and will be investing in a PEI base if the printer turns out to be as as good as I hope.UPDATE======A couple of teething troubles with this device but the support has been awesome. Initially had some print quality issues - Bibo support sorted me out (my inexperience with the device). Had a faulty memory card that kept causing the printer to reboot and again Bibo support got me sorted in no time.If you've never used a 3d printer before, this device can take a little time to get use to, BUT unlike some of the simpler devices (Max 4 Pro), this device is more open to user upgrades and replacement of parts.Also the Bibo face book page is pretty active and has a lot of good tips and suggestions.If you consider yourself mildly technical and at ease with building / tinkering then I can recommend this as a printer.
