I find chilli flakes too hot and much prefer this pul biber which does not irritate my stomach like ordinary chilli flakes do and gives a lovely depth of flavour I now always use this pul biber whenever a recipe calls for chilli flakes. I also sprinkle it on salads, mix with olive oil for a dressing, sprinkle on meats before roasting, sprinkle on eggs - in other words it’s extremely versatile!
