Review: Very nice flavor for pickling foods - I did pickle 2 dozen eggs using just 2 teaspoons of this pickling spice for each dozen. I did add freshly ground pepper+pepper corn. The taste is good and mild, as we even had 1 each tonight in our salad. But I will use more of the pickling spice next time. I still think it is a good value, even if any of us have to add additional spices for pickling other vegetables, meats, eggs, etc.......

This is a really good spice mix. I add the vinegar and water, fresh dill plus a couple of tablespoons of a dry pre mixed picking spice as it contains all of the salt and allows for a more customized brine.
