**Q: is it protect my foot from anything fill down heavy?**
A: This shoe DOES NOT have a composite or steal toe so it WILL NOT "protect your feet if anything heavy falls down" on them. It is all soft mesh on top.   It does have the anti-slip sole which is great!   I've bought 3 pair so far, 2 for me and 1 as a gift for my brother.   As you can see I'm very happy with the shoe. I personally would like them in different colors, perhaps at least a brown option.

**Q: Are these shoes waterproof, and if not, has anyone tried to waterproof them?**
A: I have had a bucket of water fall on my shoes and my socks stayed dry. Not sure what the rest got but my shoes repelled the water.

**Q: Do these help with pronation/stability or ankles that turn out?**
A: My ankles turn out. Some soft soled shoes wear down too quickly but these don't. They're worth the price for the comfortability.

**Q: Can these be worn walking laps ina pool?**
A: This specific pair is unfortunately not meant for the pool.
