There is a medium and a high heat setting 350 and 400 degrees. The plate heats up quickly. The very first curl I tried turned out great. Just simply press the button to curl left or right and then press it the opposite way to unroll the curl and press the clamp to let loose the curl. Review: I do not recommend. - i have a very bad experience with this seller and with his product. 1- the product arrived with damaged on/off key 2- the voltage is 110 v as printed on the product body while the seller is confirming that it is dual. 3- since i am not staying in US, returning this item will cost me much than it worth, therefore, it is just a waste..!
