When I researched them, I saw that the common ingredient in both of them was Black Cohosh. In my own research, I'd found that Black Cohosh helps many women deal with hot flashes, and when I saw that both of those OTC meds contained that as a primary ingredient, I decided to try to get Black Cohosh in a form that was more palatable to me. I hate swallowing pills and I also wanted something without a bunch of other additives.The Pink Stork tea was just what I was looking for. I actually love that it has caffeine since it has replaced the green tea that I normally drink every day. When the package arrived, I was like, "THIS little package?!," because for the price, I was expecting a much larger package.
