The quality is excellent, although it can be difficult with one person preparing more than one pound of Pasta. Regardless of how it is clamped on the table, it seems to wobble quite a bit. You will need to clean it out after each batch, for the pasta sticks in the holes. We found a toothpick to be quite helpful.
