Works great on steak, gives it a nice depth that compliments beef and does not overpower it. My wife is very picky with seasoning, she has not complained about this once. I grill weekly and this will be a staple in my spice cabinet. I have also used this on bone in and boneless pork chops and it is outstanding. This rub does not have excess sugar, thus you don’t get crusty burning and caramelization on meats.
