**Q: What is the expiry date on this?**
A: Seriously? Every package they make will have a new expiry date. And this is dry pasta, not beef mince. Whatever date they tell us, it is likely to be edible much longer than we are.  This is very high quality pasta. Amongst the best made. Just buy it.
