Dissolves beautifully in cold water or milk. Use Ultra filtered milk and add 13 more grams of protein. There are many other flavors, but this is my favorite though I do also purchase the Decaf Cappuccino for evening drinks. I highly recommend mixing at least one hour before you plan to drink. It becomes much thicker and is more decadent.
