Behold, when I went back on desertcart search, upon closer inspection, I saw that very few of the "high-bandwidth" HDMI cables specifically mention that they comply to HDMI 2.1 standards. And even when they do have those statements, they simply proclaim or advertise to do so, with no certification from any reputable sources! Because of this, those cables may work fine with regular 4K monitors at 60Hz (and hence their 4+ star reviews), with very few people realizing that when pushed to the limits, the cables simply cannot handle the bandwidth.
