His father was a government worker. He grew up in Delhi and later in Mumbai s Koliwada area. He did his schooling at the Don Bosco School and his college years were spent in Khalsa College, where he showed an inclination for sports. I have to watch with subtitles and I had to stop the movie a few times because I was laughing so hard I couldn't read the subtitles and keep up.
