Review: I'll never go back to non-stick! - The pot gets great, even heat distribution (even on our electric range), and is easy to clean. Some food tends to stick, but de-glazing solves the problem. Cleans easily with a bit of detergent and water, but if there's some stuck particles, I soak it (sometimes overnight). This is high quality cookware and it's much safer and (hopefully) longer lasting than any of the non-stick and often disposable pots and pans that are similarly priced.
