It is much more gray/white. It appears more beige/cream and tan, which is what I was hoping for. To be fair, I took my own photo and it looks much warmer in my own pic as well. I also did not like that there is a cutout for the logo on the cover, since I wanted to be able to protect my computer from spills. Also, I don't mind this, but others might: the bottom part of the case for this color is shown as a white or silver in the picture but is actually black. It is a nice, tight fit.
