It is an extremely reliable basic radio trigger with the most powerful radio on the market. It is easy to set up as there are only two touch sensitive buttons, a power/test button and a channel select button. 4 LEDs indicate the current channel as well as the battery level. The Nano transmitter is very small and locks directly into the camera's hot shoe. The Nano receiver can connect directly to an ASH with the integrated hot shoe or to any other ASH using the 3.5mm sync port. The Nano receiver's hot shoe and sync port can be used simultaneously allowing a single receiver to trigger more than one ASH. The Nano's special blend of plastic makes it very durable. I use it with my Fujifilm X-T1 and LumoPro LP180 flashes. The Microsync trigger that I was using before, does not work with this camera at its 1/180th second camera flash sync speed. I was getting a dark strip at the bottom of each flash picture due to the flash exposure being clipped by the shutter. But the Radiopopper Nano works very well. It also exudes a feeling of solidness and confidence that the flash will always sync. I haven't had a miss yet! The transmitter takes up very little room on top of this rather small camera. The receiver fits between the flash and the flash support. Very neat setup! With the Microsync, the transmitter took up even less room on the top of the camera. However, the receiver had to be plugged into the flash with a cord and was always dangling around. It worked well on my older cameras, but it was a rather sloppy setup. I have also used the cheap Chinese eBay flash triggers, but I got tired of them misfiring. I lost confidence in them. They work well enough for non-critical work, but sometimes they can be exasperating. The Radiopoppers give me the sense that they may be the last triggers I may ever need to buy. ### ⭐ One Star *by K***N on June 6, 2017* Did not work straight out of the box. Defective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product *by B***G on May 10, 2017* I got the Nano set for my D200 or D600 and a set of Alien Bee B800s ... it works perfectly; these are very smart and turn themselves off;the two switches (one for CHANNEL and one for ON/OFF) serve several purposes but they also are 'TOUCH' switches, there is no PUSH or contacts that have to be pressed together - and that is a really nice touch; I am a beginner to portraiture, and these were in-budget and work perfectly with the Nikon.
