Keep the stove at low until you see foams appear on top of the pot. Pour the foamy part of the coffee into the cup. Then return the pot to the stove and bring the remaining coffee to a boil. Pour the boiling coffee over the cup all the way to the top. Your Turkish coffee is now ready to serve. (Bon Appetit). Review: Exactly like the ones in Türkiye - We just returned from visiting Türkiye, and these little cups are just like the ones we were served Turkish Coffee in, in Istanbul. Same size, same material and a pattern indistinguishable from what our Turkish Coffee was served in. With a 3 oz capacity, these cups would be a bit too small for a double espresso, which could come in at as much as 4 oz. But they'd work for a single shot or possibly for a double ristretto, which should come in at 3 oz if the pull is exactly perfect. The Turkish Coffee we were served was always filled up to the rim (tho the top maybe 16th of an inch was "foam"). Review: Cute cup and saucer - Great for Turkish coffee. It’s cute and very pretty ## Features - Turkish Coffee cup and saucer - You can also use to serve espresso ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00C3JXX64 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #537,221 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #1,050 in Cup & Saucer Sets | | Brand | Gural | | Brand Name | Gural | | Capacity | 3 fluid ounces | | Color | Red | | Customer Package Type | FFP | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 267 Reviews | | Finish Types | Decorative | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05060309867686 | | Included Components | Coaster | | Item Dimensions W x H | 5.59"W x 4.88"H | | Item Weight | 6.4 ounces | | League Name | no league name | | Manufacturer | Kutahya Porselen | | Manufacturer Part Number | 10523 | | Material | Porcelain | | Material Features | Ceramic | | Material Type | Porcelain | | Material Type Free | Plastic, Metal, Glass | | Model Number | 10523 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion | Valentine's Day | | Other Special Features of the Product | Microwave Safe | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Product Style | Modern | | Recommended Uses For Product | Home | | Reusability | Reusable | | Set Name | Turkish Coffee Cup and Saucer Set | | Shape | Round | | Size | 3 Ounces | | Special Feature | Microwave Safe | | Specific Uses For Product | Hot Drinks | | Style | Modern | | Subject Character | no character | | Theme | Valentine's Day | | UPC | 844208044653 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Gural - **Capacity:** 3 fluid ounces - **Color:** Red - **Material:** Porcelain - **Special Feature:** Microwave Safe ## Images ![Turkish Coffee Set (Cup and Saucer) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dC7Qmq2TL.jpg) ![Turkish Coffee Set (Cup and Saucer) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/713NYIkm5TL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How many ounces does this cup hold?** A: Approximately 2.25 US fl. ounces. Exactly one serving from the single-serve Turkish Ibrik. We just measured it with the aid of a Pyrex measuring cup and double-checked it with a plastic measuring spoon. **Q: How many cups & saucers are in this set?** A: Only one cup and saucers. **Q: Is this set dishwasher safe?** A: I don't have a dishwasher so don't know. I would play it safe and wash it by hand. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly like the ones in Türkiye *by S***M on October 14, 2024* We just returned from visiting Türkiye, and these little cups are just like the ones we were served Turkish Coffee in, in Istanbul.
