At least one of my breadboards does not allow more than 300mA of current through so when these capacitors were charged via the breadboard they appeared to hold a rather small charge, but once I connected them directly the 5V power supply leads and then to the breadboard they stored significantly more charge (this is a not a fault of the capacitor just a heads up for another buyers, if your capacitors don't seem to hold much charge it may not be the capacitor that is at fault). -1 Star for nitpicky things such as the terminals are not quite spaced right for a breadboard (they can be bent to fit).
