Apparently you take part the hard shell to insert your phone, snap that on and then pop it into the larger softer case. Once that was over I was impressed, I’ve dropped my phone on its face and side since then and it has survived, easily. Also, it’s a real crowd pleaser with kids! * It does not come with a screen shield or camera shield.Update 9/4/21: I can’t take it off! I know there must be a way, but it won’t be by any means easy and I’m honestly considering using a sharp tool that will likely damage the case.
