I bought it because I had one before, and really liked it, but dropped it on a tile floor and the screen shattered. The LDC was leaking, so it's a throwaway.Upon unboxing and charging, I turned the unit on. It booted up to a screen asking for my language preference, but that's as far as I got. The touch screen is completely nonfunctional. I can not scroll between languages, I cannot select English, which is already the highlighted language. If I hold down the power button to reboot or shut down, the dialog box for shutdown appears, but I cannot choose either shutdown, or reboot, because the screen doesn't respond. I pushed the reset button twice, each time with no changeI contacted the seller, and they responded promptly, asking for photos of the screen both on and off. Well, I can't turn it off. So I sent them a photo with it on, and a video of trying to start it up, reboot it, shut it down, anything. I'll update this review when I see how well they respond with a new unit.Edit. The seller responded the day after I contacted them, and had some questions. I replied with the answers, and they emailed me a return label the next day. So I give them kudos for being responsive about the return, and upgrade the rating to three stars because of good customer service. I'll update the review after my new one shows up.Update........Well, the second one showed up. Defective digitizer. No response whatsoever from the touch screen, even after pushing the reset button a couple of times. Needless to say, it's going back. That's two for two. I will NOT be ordering a third one of these "remanufactured" units, since there is obviously ZERO quality control. Have a H+ signal on it which is 4G , fast and no buffering !!! This Baby is no joke !. Thank you, Tablet Express, also Amazon. Phone calls , perfect reception too. Screen colors are vivid ! Tablet Express. , you have excellent customer service , thanks . ### ⭐⭐⭐ Charging problem with charger that arrived with tablet. *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2016* I like the tablets large size and have had no problems with unexpected disconnection to the wifi or any connection problems overall. My complaint is with charging. The charger charged it for about a month then suddenly stopped charging it although it will charge other things. I ordered another universal mini usb charger and it is charging again. Also it popped out of the "frame" surrounding it once, and when I tried to push it back in, I was amazed at how easily I put a crack in it where I tried to pop it back in. And I tried to be extra gentle.
