Recipes are easy to cook and delicious to eat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cookbook and can't wait to get to cooking. *by J***A on January 23, 2017* This cookbook came today and it is filled with true southern recipes and even has chitterlings which I'd never cook. It's filled with every kind of dish you could think of with a total of 250 recipes.. Biscuits, cakes, beef, pork, turkey, fish, lamb, soups, Hot Dog Chili, Ribs, fried Chicken and even breakfast items. I'm going to enjoy cooking a lot of these. The recipes are not complicated and mainly use things you have already. I can't wait to get started with these recipes and figure out my favorites. I live close to Mama Dip's restaurant and I can say these recipes are true to our area and style of cooking.
