I had been using third-party ones (even ones from trusted resellers) and they always had issues popping up, usually indicated by under voltage warnings appearing in the system logs or at boot time. This adapter, while on paper perhaps being lower wattage than some of the no-name adapters, works perfectly. No under voltage issues, no random reboots. Plug it in and it simply works. What more do you need?
