Check their website. Otto Engineering of Carpentersville Illinois. **Q: Can volume be adjusted for each ear** A: Yes, but there are only TWO settings... and it’s not as good on sound canceling / reduction when firing weapons as a standard peltor or similar ear pro device. **Q: Is it possible to replace the rechargable batteries as they age, or you have to buy another set? (and if not replaceable, approx. how many charges?)** A: Not replaceable.
