**Q: I bought a fx2000 and the reel goes backwards and wont lock is this normal?**
A: The reel has switch that in the front that could be causing your reel not work right.  If switch the lever the other side it should work right.

**Q: Can I use it for saltwater surf?**
A: No, the reel is way to small
to use for fishing off the surf, it’s more used as light tackle and for catching smaller fish.

**Q: Is this reel built for sea, other than fresh water?**
A: I don’t think so
