I got it for a bargain price on Amazon along with two other color charts. This is an amazing chart and it is a must have product to own if you are into foot reflexology and acupressure. The front side shows the bottom of the right and left foot and the five zones of each foot. It also shows the specific areas of the foot that affect other parts of the body. It also provides a detailed summary of how reflexology works and the many health issues that can be helped using reflexology. I strongly advise anyone who orders this chart to first read a good basic manual on foot reflexology in order to better understand the essential details shown in this color chart.
