There are many ways to use it. Of course I like the experience of doing exercises with it. I looked around the Internet and found some "advanced" techniques where I learned to isolate muscles and do these micro movements .. let's just say I had no idea the muscles down there were so complex. Also, I have enjoyed doing some guided meditations. I know it's woo woo, but when is the last time you took thirty minutes to meditate about the energy radiation from your V? And what you may be most interested in, I think it has generally enhanced my sex life.
