Significantly sweeter and much more floral than American Clover honey. It's very creamy, even when you put it in the refridgerator, it remains very creamy and viscous and is easy to scoop out of the jar.In my opinion, it's too sweet, and actually this honey is probably the sweetest thing I've ever tasted in my life. Imagine eating a scoop of raw sugar, mixed with an electrical stimulator in your brain. Pure white sugar is somehow less sweet than this honey.If you like honey, this seems to be a very high quality honey and you can tell it's not processed, because it has a mixture of colors and textures in the jar.
