I returned the first one thinking it was just a defective product. The first one I bought wouldn't work and continued to flash like it was ready but the buttons wouldn't work to get it to start (even when held down). I ordered a replacement a few days later. The replacement would not start to drip but would act like it would. Don't waste your time and money on this product. Both were defective and the boxes came pretty beat up. The machine uses Nespresso capsules{not vertuo]. One capsule provides just 2 sip of espresso. It's absolutely not worth money. The body of coffee maker is made up of plastic and there were scratches all over. I got a replacement and it was the same(scratches). Moreover, capsules are expensive and not economical. 100 capsules come at cheapest price of $25. 1 capsule provides 2-3 sip of espresso.Coffee machine which uses ground coffee are better than one which uses nespresso capsules or K cups. ### ⭐⭐ It broke!!! *by O***Z on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2020* I was happy with this little machine until it blow up an internal piece and broke.
