However, that being said, home users with excellent hardware abilities can also install this CPU in a motherboard without issue. **Q: Will this fit a lga 1200 socket?** A: NO! It will NOT fit a LGA 1200 socket. The Intel Core i9-10900X requires a LGA 2066 socket.
