The blue mark shows in the listing but when you zoom in it is not broken. That is the insulation ring to keep the heat going up. However it does function and I will keep my old one incase this crumbles more. This could easily have been the shipping company. So I would buy from this person again. I gave 5 stars due to this reason anyway.
