Set one to on even to see if power was going to it… set different timers to see if eventually came on. Nothing.** A: Contact them - they were really responsive and sent me replacement straight away - had same issue and replacement fine **Q: When I plug it in, set timers etc, it is then not supplying electricity through it to devices.** A: Have you tried the instructions. You need to set it for a time in the future. If you are in the 'on' time period when it is plugged in it won't turn on until the next time it turns to 'on'. If you want to test it. Set it for 5 mins in the future and it should work once it gets to that time. The instructions explained it better than I did. **Q: Could timer be used to boil kettle at certain time or would kettle keep boiling?** A: You simply set timer to switch on power at a given time and then to turn the power off say 2 to 3 mins later. If your kettle is automatic then it will heat up the water contained within the timer setting. The water would boil but would depend on the amount of water in the kettle. If your kettle is not automatic you would have to set the time based on experimentation, i.e how long does it take say to boil 500 mls of water. The kettle would then boil , if the timer was set long enough, and would cut out only when the timer cut the supply. **Q: Does the green light on the control panel stay on, or hopefully turn off?** A: The green light only comes on when activated.
