**Q: are the arrows removable?**
A: The arrows are stickers you can add if you need them.

**Q: Can this work work solely on battery power or does it need to plug into an active electric unit?**
A: Direct wire 120v

**Q: What is the lenth of the fixture  also are the letters 8 inch. Nyc approved**
A: This fixture is 14”x11”. It has a 6” letter. 

We do have a similar fixture that has a 8” letter and is NYC approved.   Contact with any questions 888-953-3948

**Q: Regarding the esw-elr-z. chevrons are remiovabe? this includes back box for ceiling mount? since it is clear exit reads backwards from rear of sign?**
A: The chevrons are not on the sign when you receive the sign.  They are included in the box and you can add them if needed.
