They have given me so much more confidence when I’m walking. The strap stops my ankle from twisting when the surface is uneven. The 2 hours at a time recommendation is perfect for me to wear for my dog walking. Anymore than 2 hours will make your feet wet with sweat. I wear both left and right due to dropped foot in both feet. Definitely recommend for those short walks shopping or dog walking. ### ⭐ Initially good but poor quality has let it down *by H***H on 19 August 2018* I recently ended up with Footdrop and so I ordered this brace as I had seen good reports on it. Initially I thought it was good, although it doesn’t fit into any ladies shoes but handy to wear when I was in and around the house. I have only warn this a hand full of times but in all the areas that are stitched together these already are starting to pull apart. I would have expected based on it’s purpose that it would withstand the stretch that you use in order to keep the foot in position. It’s quite expensive too so I expected much more.
