Since the motion detector only can work in a dark ambient that is lower than 10 lumens. 2. Please try to swivel the motion sensor to modify its sensitivity of the motion sensor. **Q: Can this light a small toilet?** A: It is a fairly bright light and dependant upon wc room size, but ,if a small room say 8ft x3ft aprox then this should provide reasonable illumination. You could upgrade size/model if in doubt . Our one used on kitchen extract canopy and lights an area 10ft x3ft above counter tops and out over floor for more than several feet after canopy inbuilt light failed.
