Review: Great product & Excellent Costumer Service - I cannot stress enough about Costumer Service!! They were always answering my questions in a timely manner. I got the base first, and when the desertcart app showed item was completely delivered, I contacted the seller immediately. The seller explained the punching bag was set to be deliver in two parts. The rest of the product was delivered few days later. It is easy to assemble, holds up very well, very sturdy, the suction is incredible! You can’t go wrong buying this product. It’s fun!!
Review: Surprisingly good. - I was very surprised by the build quality. Assembly was easy. I decided to test it out for a while before leaving a review. I used sand in the base and it never moves. It is sitting on carpet so I didn't need the suction cups. My only complaint is the fill hole in the base is on the small side. Stitching is holding up. I've used it almost everyday for the last month and it shows no sign of stretching or ripping.

**Q: How heavy is the bag itself?**
A: 30ish or so pounds

**Q: What kind of floor does it suction to I have cement?**
A: If you're putting sand in the base I wouldn't worry about it

**Q: Is this strong enough for boxing training for adults?**
A: This is a great tool for training, but we brought this item for my 13 year old son. Which works fine for him and we filled it with water. I don't think it's strong enough for an adult. But I also believe if you fill it with sand, it would probably have better punching resistance.

**Q: Can it be kept outdoors? Is the bag waterproof?**
A: I would suggest a covering when not using

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for kicking

I bought this bag mostly to practice my kicks. If I try kicking or punching as hard as I can, it might tip over—especially with punches, since my kicks aren’t that strong. It’s definitely a good bag for learning how to kick. I wouldn’t recommend it just for punching, as you’d have to hold back on your power, but I can still work with it. Overall, it’s an okay bag and definitely worth the money, but if you can afford a better one, I’d go for that.
