We were very happy, as it assembled in no time, and works beautifully. Love that it can go super high or low, and be tucked under the counter, practically hidden, if using the counter for a buffet I actually like that is is an artificial leather, as it wipes up with soap and water and we won't be dealing with oily stains. We went ahead and ordered two more, but in our excitement to assemble, forgot the little black piece covering the tip of the base, and they wouldn't work I was panicking to figure out how in the world we would return them, as once the two pieces are assembled for the base, there is no taking them apart. But then good old you tube came to the rescue and we watched a fellow assembling similar chairs and discovered our error!
