Review: This is not "LIKE NEW" It's Ripped! - This workbook was described as "Condition: Used - Like New - Small damage on cover." This "small damage" was a tear in the cover and the last chapter (13 pages) of greater than 2 inches. This is not some small damage on cover (e.g. a blemish on the cover). I am disappointed in the condition of the workbook. We plan to use this to counsel young pre-married couples in order to prepare them for successful marriage, and I will need to buy a new copy for my use for this purpose. I will not be returning the book, since it would cost more than simply discarding it, but I wanted to warn future buyers that this seller may, at times, under report damage to products. The book is in "like new" condition except for the rip across and through the last chapter which extends through the cover. But that means you should not be classifying it as "like new." (see photos) I trust this seller will no longer provide misleading or incomplete descriptions in the future. That is my hope. I hope this is helpful to both the seller and future buyers, that is my goal in writing this.

Very disappointed that the sample sent is one paragraph of the workbook=the rest is marketing for their multi product line. It appears to lack substance or they would allow to preview more than chapter one; first paragraph.
