Found the flavor to be much better than other pregnancy tea brands and didn't upset my stomach at all. I did 3 bags in a giant mason jar, put in fridge, and drank with ice throughout the day. Hot is good too though! In the past few years I started experiencing really harsh cramps and my I had really bad skin breakouts. My doctors said all was fine so I set out to do some research and I kept seeing this tea coming up in conversations so I ordered this. I have been drinking this tea regularly for the past 2 years as I feel that it helps me glow from within but I have 2-3 cups a day a week or 2 before my period and found that it helps alleviate my cramps (thank you raspberry leaf!). I can definitely tell the difference in the few months that I forgot to order these.
