As the tub was installed onto the bathroom on the second floor this caused the 1st floor ceiling water damage. Amazon will not return product, and I got hung up on by the rude customer service representative.The product feels bendy, hollow, and cheaply made. On several occasions when I stood up to get in and out of the tub I felt it crackling under my feet and heard it loudly. I weight 190 lbs on a good day, so not the heaviest person. Also, the jets have no dials. Just one button to turn on and off. If you lean back; as you normally would in a tub to relax, and turn on the jet, the water will splash well outside the tub, making a mess.This product is cheaply made, and has terrible customer service. Steer clear. ### ⭐ Loud and not working well *by N***S on May 14, 2022* The media could not be loaded. After installation and trying it, realized that the lower part of the bubbles output wasn’t working! Also was very loud, so you might have relaxed muscles but will get a headache!!! I didn’t care for the seat either, it didn’t feel comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this tub at all! Don’t waste your money. I returned mine and Amazon was graceful abt it but now have to pay my contractor again for a new one to be installed! I remodeled a bathroom and needed something shorter than a usual tub and was lucky to find this. It’s really like a hybrid Japanese soaking tub and a hot tub. My friends think is looks great and very modern.
