I had neverheard of Aardvark Fitness before, but their reviews were good and itseemed like a high quality product based on the pictures. When I tookit out of the packaging, I felt I had made the right choice. The bandis actually really neat. Solid and well made with no seams or weakpoints.I've been using it for working out at home and trying to get back intoshape before moving to California next spring. It's great for doingcurls, rows, resisted push-ups, etc. I've also been using it as a yogastrap, anchoring it around my feet to help me stretch in some of myyoga poses. The red band itself is pretty narrow and it's definitelybetter suited for working out and stretching than for helping withpull ups. I would recommend the green or purple bands if you need helpwith pull-ups. Overall, I'm five stars all day with this thing. Niceproduct. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality consistent resistance...say that real fast 3X *by T***T on May 7, 2017* First off they have no seem, clean cut, and appear to be of very good quality material as advertised (even the white print when stretched is undisturbed). The loop size of 82" is perfect for me at 5'10. I prefer these flat bands over the round bands when used against the body. The resistance is initially sturdy and smooth as you stretch them out. They do increase resistance moderately more when stretched to @ 150-200%.You can easily fold/roll them neatly for storage. The set comes with a nice bag to help keep multiple bands together. Highly recommend these if you travel for trip without the bulk or weight. I'm betting these will last a long period of use, but time will tell as this is my 1st time using them. Check out YouTube for exercises using resistant bands.
