This book has specific projects that build on themselves, as you become more proficient with the methods and techniques. The author is also a draping teacher. I am 100% self taught and I'm an intuitive visual learner. This book comes with loads of helpful videos to show you the methods and concepts of draping. I have the first edition hard copy, and the updated version digital version. The digital version has links to videos that are very helpful. I plan to get the second book in hard copy (for my sewing studio as a reference) and also the digital version as well.
