My bands and sliders came well packaged in a handy carrying case. I’ve used the bands a few times already and they work great. I typically use the red and black bands to warm up my legs before weight lifting. The green and blue bands don’t have enough resistance for leg workouts for me personally, but I can see them working just fine for warming up my arms. You’ll see in the second pic the difference in thickness between the green (extra light) and black (extra heavy) bands.The multi-colored bands serve my needs well, so I haven’t tried using the red rope-style band.The core sliders are two sided for both hard and carpeted floors. I’ve only tried them out once at home on our semi-plush rug, and there was a tiny bit too much friction—but perhaps these might work better at the gym where the carpeted rugs are not as plush. Also, I know this is not the intended purpose, but the core sliders can also be used to slide furniture over the floor haha (I actually have similar, smaller sliders for this purpose).Overall, I’m happy with my purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The upgrade I wanted *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2018* I've been using resistance bands off and on for years, particularly after some injuries, but I've reached a point where I just prefer them for strength and toning. I've had a very simple set of bands, and it was time to upgrade to get more options. This Seehorn set did the trick for what I felt was a very reasonable price. The quality was apparent from the moment I took them out of the (included) sack--and it's amazing that all this can fit in a small bag. I'm used to sticking bands in my suitcase when I travel so I can get a workout in on the road, and I guarantee you that this entire set would easily fit in a carry-on (assuming you take everything, which you probably wouldn't).I've taken them around the house and tried the hooks in various places, testing the strength, and the range of motion I can now get is very much appreciated, particularly with upper body exercises (the resistance helps loosen up stiff shoulders, which I get a lot, and the 48-inch length helps with full extension). It's easy to combine the bands in multiple ways to focus on specific areas and add resistance.This is a quality product for a good price. You can find bands for a few dollars less, but I would have just started with the Seehorn set had I known about it. It's simply a better set with far more options.NOTE: I was tempted to take off half a star because of the lack of a manual with exercises, which seems to be the main complaint here, but honestly I don't see the need for one. I don't get a manual on how to drive when I buy a car, and resistance band exercises are all over online, from PDFs to YouTube videos. I understand the complaint but personally don't feel it's warranted. I have to agree with the description photos too that the connections and overall quality is excellent. My favorite exercise is instead of going over the top of the door, I place the roller door stop on the bottom, sit down with my feet wide up against the door frame and use a rowing motion; upward to work biceps and a regular rowing motion overhand and underhand to work the rest of my upper body. It will be fun figuring out more exercises I can do with them, only downside is no manual included, so you have to use the pics above to learn the resistance of each bands and give you ideas to get started.
