This knife is exactly what we wanted. The slight curve allows us to use a rocking motion when cutting, and the very sharp, hollow-edge grind means it cuts easily through meats and vegetables. The handle is comfortable for small hands, though it may be a bit small for large hands. The full tang construction feels very solid, and overall the construction quality is very good.
