The fit is normally a little stiff for a few days but after some use they shape nicely to fit the contours of your face - be warned - it does make you look like you've just woken up with 'pillow' lines around your face. I use the mask for my daily commute on my scooter and I find it indispensable on London roads. I find them comfortable not only to wear but also to breath in - if I were cycling they might get a tad warmer. I change mine when they look visibly discolored so perhaps once every month and a half.
