I’ve tried the bark, tea and capsules. Tea and bark is okay, but they are a hassle to prepare. I like liquid supplements. A Liquid extract is so convenient. I am very busy, so I add couple droppers to my protein shakes or juice, or I will take the liquid extracts straight. I tried Astragulas tincture straight and I like it. It tastes good, too, like their other supplements.
