It does not stay in and the stem really hurts, even when it’s cut down. It will only stay in when your period is heavy and you need to tuck the stem in. It takes a few periods to get used to it. I almost threw it away but it got better, once I got more used to it and I figured out how to insert it correctly. And I’ve used a lot of menstrual cups. After having babies, this is the only cup that works for me now.
