Review: I love this skillet. The food practically flies off the pan when done. - This skillet is a dream. I have never used a skillet so stick-free. Easy-peasy cleanup. This skillet heats evenly and quickly. There is no need to use high heat to get the pan to cooking temperature. The stone finish is unique and has excellent cooking and cleaning properties. Be careful when moving the skillet during cooking or when finished cooking as the food may slide right out of the pan. For its size it is remarkably light. I believe this skillet is worth two or three times the price as listed. If you need a new skillet you can't go wrong with this one.

But, she scrambles herself a couple of eggs almost daily, and she spent way too much time cleaning a crusty pan. So, I bought her this for the sole purpose of being an egg pan. I have also used it for over easy eggs. Well, this pan is legit for eggs. No stick. No crusty eggs. No stick whatsoever, did I mention that? Even melted cheese doesn't stick. We cook on medium-low power only. She uses spray, I use a dab of olive oil. Similar results. This is not a high heat pan! Used for a couple of months now, as I wanted to get lots of use before reviewing. That time is up. This is a great egg pan. I would definitely recommend. Your uses may vary, but if you need a good nonstick medium or lower pan, this is it. Oh, the lid is actually pretty nice, and fits and seals nicely.

This skillet is a dream. I have never used a skillet so stick-free. Easy-peasy cleanup. This skillet heats evenly and quickly. There is no need to use high heat to get the pan to cooking temperature. The stone finish is unique and has excellent cooking and cleaning properties. Be careful when moving the skillet during cooking or when finished cooking as the food may slide right out of the pan. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No dishwasher! Trust me, don’t do it.

I love the pan and use it a few times a week. I haven’t tried it in the oven. It does say not to put it in the dishwasher and I thought, it won’t hurt it, I’ll try it. Well, the handle *fills* up with water and it’s extremely difficult to get it out! You have to spend about 5 minutes shaking it over a sink to get it out (there is no opening and there isn’t meant to be). Heed my advice and wash it by hand like they recommend. Every time I forget, I quickly remember and mentally kick myself again. As for cooking, the heat distribution is not bad, it’s obviously hotter in the middle. Non stick is pretty good too. Overall, a very good pan and washes easy…so don’t put it in the dishwasher!
