Delivery was very fast and I will definitely order again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick and easy with lovely flavor *by C***H on September 30, 2020* A really good quick polenta/grits product. It was so fast to prepare, only stirring for 10 minutes instead of the usual 25. In the past I only used Bob’s Red Mill polenta(grits) and it is very good but with the pandemic I couldn’t get any and had only the option of 25 pounds (way too much) in mail order so had to find something new. Colavita makes great pasta so tried these and not disappointed. Reasonably priced for the super high quality, ease of preparation and flavor. Highly recommend this product. Would note that unless you like your grits super thick to have some extra boiling water nearby to add as needed while cooking. I had to add more to keep the consistency I prefer. Since I made this for shrimp or scallops and grits I also added some shredded cheese and a pat of butter once off the heat and before serving as it enhances the flavor for that dish.
